1. The vision.
Every project begins by understanding your home, your vision and your ideals. We work with you to establish a clear direction, balancing professional design with practical budgets and outcomes. And we’ll be straight with you about budget before you spend a cent, because nobody should have to fall in love with a design they can’t afford. 2. The plan.
This is where Sloan Built really earns its place by your side. Once your vision is set and you’re ready to invest in bringing it to life, we coordinate every detail before a single brick is laid. That means engaging the right designers and consultants, working through concepts and detailed documentation, and guiding the project through council and permit requirements.
Alongside the design, we build a detailed budget and a fully mapped construction program, so you know exactly what you’re spending and when things are happening well before contracts are signed. We’re upfront about anything that could affect cost, because we’d rather have the tough conversations now than surprise you later.
Every decision along the way is backed by real buildability advice and honest budget feedback, so you’re never guessing. By the time we reach a construction contract, you’re not just hoping the numbers hold up, you know they will.

3. The build.
We manage every stage of construction, coordinating trades, keeping quality high and keeping you in the loop the whole way through.

Through regular site meetings, fortnightly progress reports and our client portal, you get a clear, live view of your project as it comes together.

4. Completion.
Before you get the keys, we run thorough quality checks and a pre-handover walkthrough, so everything is agreed and accounted for before you move in. What we hand over is a home finished with care and built to last.
We don’t disappear once you’re in. A three month check-in picks up any teething issues, and a 12 month check makes sure everything’s still operating as it should.
Most of the time there’s nothing to fix. But having that safety net there means one less thing to worry about, long after the last coat of paint.
