Andrew was part of the management team of FDC Construction and Fit out that successfully completed the construction of the Homemaker Centre in Altona North, Melbourne.

This was a 16,500sqm under roof construction project that was completed in 36 weeks and involved the construction of:

  • Building B
  • A standalone Bunnings store and Building C
  • Multi-tenancy building for Officeworks, JB HI-FI, Petstock, PetVet, and Repco.

The project was done within budget and in collaboration with FMG Engineering, SPP Group, and ERA Architects.

  • Formation, management, and execution of the head contract and all sub-contracts
