Sloan Built was recently involved in the delivery of this large-scale commercial development in West Melbourne, spanning multiple warehouse spaces and a heritage-listed mill building. The project brought together a mix of office areas, kitchen facilities, and amenities, all designed to balance functionality with character. Throughout the site, industrial elements such as exposed brickwork and timber detailing were retained and complemented by clean, contemporary finishes.
The result is a cohesive and highly usable space that respects the site’s history while meeting the demands of a modern workplace.
